This Privacy Policy explains how Adminee ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, protects, and handles your information when you use our Progressive Web App (PWA) for WooCommerce store management. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in our data practices.

By using Adminee, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This policy applies to all users of our service, including free and paid subscribers.

Information We Collect

Account Information

  • • Email address and password for account authentication
  • • User profile information (optional extended details)
  • • Account creation and signup timestamps

WooCommerce Store Credentials

  • • Store URL, username, and Application Passwords
  • • All credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before any transmission or storage
  • • Store metadata (store name, WooCommerce version, active plugins)

Security Note: Store credentials never leave your device unencrypted. API calls are proxied through secure Netlify Functions with no permanent server-side storage.

Technical Information

  • • Browser type, version, and device information (for PWA functionality)
  • • Service Worker cache data (WooCommerce content for offline access)
  • • Error logs and crash reporting (anonymized and aggregated)
  • • Connection status and API performance metrics

Zero-Permanent Storage Policy

Adminee never permanently stores or transfers your WooCommerce data to external systems. We only proxy your API calls and temporarily cache data for performance.
