Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Adminee ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"), a Progressive Web App for WooCommerce store management. By accessing or using Adminee, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use Adminee.

These Terms apply to Adminee in its entirety, including all features, functionalities, and services offered through our SaaS platform.

Service Description

What Adminee Provides

Adminee is a SaaS platform that allows you to connect and manage your WooCommerce stores through a modern, mobile-first Progressive Web App interface.

  • • Product inventory and catalog management
  • • Customer relationship management
  • • Analytics and reporting dashboard
  • • Multi-store support (plan dependent)
  • • Offline capabilities and caching

Subscription & Billing

Subscription Plans

Free Plan

$0/month - 1 store, basic analytics

Pro Plan

$29/month - 3 stores, advanced analytics

Enterprise Plan

$99/month - 10+ stores, white-label options

Plans limit data access based on WooCommerce API constraints (maximum 100 items per request).

Billing Cycle & Payments

  • • Subscriptions billed monthly in advance
  • • Payments processed through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • • Prorated charges for plan upgrades
  • • 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans
  • • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Warranties & Liability

"As Is" Service

Adminee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Adminee's liability is limited to the amount paid for the past 12 months of service, or $100 (whichever is greater). We are not liable for:

  • • Losses from WooCommerce store downtime or issues
  • • Data loss, corruption, or confidentiality breach
  • • Business interruption or lost profits
  • • Third-party service failures (Stripe, Netlify, etc.)
  • • Damages exceeding the limitation amount

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable where Adminee is legally incorporated.
